Installation of the 12V 100AH UPS battery

When installing the 12V 100AH UPS battery, please observe the following:

1.1 Do not install the battery in an enclosed space or near a fire as there is a risk of explosion and fire.
1.2 Do not cover the battery with a vinyl film or something that may cause static electricity, as this can sometimes cause an explosion.
1.3 Do not install the battery in a place where water may enter, as there is a risk of electric shock and fire.
1.4 Do not install the battery in an environment exceeding -40C~60C.
1.5 Do not use the battery in places where there is dust, otherwise there is a risk of short-circuiting the battery.
1.6 When using the battery in the box, pay attention to the air circulation.
1.7 Do not have sticky or sticker-like objects pressing on the top cover, as the gas appearing in the battery will not be able to escape due to the exhaust valve under the top cover.
1.8 Number of parallel connections – When floating charging, plug-in terminal batteries can only be associated with a maximum of three rows, bolt-on terminals are not specifically limited, but the number of parallel connections is small reliability added. In addition, when connecting wires in parallel, it is necessary to consider making the wiring conductors and contact resistance equal between the rows, and in order to keep each row of charging and discharging cells in balance, please do not use more than three rows in practice.
1.9 When using batteries of different capacities, different ages and different manufacturers at the same time, it is possible that the battery and the machine may be damaged due to the different values of their characteristics.

Storage of the 12V 100AH UPS battery

1. When storing the battery, please ensure that the temperature does not exceed -20°C to +40°C.
2. The battery must be stored in a fully charged state. Please replenish the battery when in use as it will lose some of its capacity due to self-discharge in transit or during the storage period.
3. When storing for a long period of time, replenish the battery to compensate for self-discharge during storage. If stored at over 40C, it will have a bad effect on the life of the battery, so please prevent it!
4. Store in a dry, cold and well-ventilated place. 5. If the battery packaging is inadvertently wetted with water during storage or transfer, remove the packaging carton immediately to prevent the water-wetted carton from becoming a conductor and causing battery discharge or burning the positive terminal.
