Use in a safe environment
Please charge within a temperature of 0-45°C; and note that the charging table or platform is heat and temperature resistant; when charging, the battery should not be placed near or directly on flammable materials such as
Paper, plastic, carpet, vinyl, leather, wood, or directly in a model car or vehicle when charging.
Separate the positive and negative terminals
Do not reverse the positive and negative terminals as this can cause a short circuit which is extremely dangerous.
Use a dedicated charger
NiCd (NICD), NiMH (NIMH) or other types of battery chargers should not be used to charge Li-Polymer (LIPO) batteries.
Use a dedicated LIPO charger.
Do not overcharge
Do not exceed 4.25V per fully charged cell
Do not overcharge
Do not overcharge the battery. The voltage at which each cell is discharged should not be less than 2.75V. Overcharging can damage the battery.
Prevent the battery from overheating
At no time should the battery cells be allowed to overheat. Cells at temperatures up to 60°C can be a safety hazard and burn straight out.
Prevent the battery from getting wet
Do not keep the battery close to liquids or store it in a damp place; do not keep the battery close to sources of goods such as open flames or heaters.
